Singhik Secondary School hosts all-faith prayer service for Sai Baba


GANGTOK, 27 April: An all-faith prayer meet was organized by the staff and students of government secondary school, Singhik, in North Sikkim on Tuesday to offer the area’s last respects to Sri Sathya Sai Baba. The students recited Buddhist, Hindu and Christian prayers in the memory of the departed spiritual leader.
Headmaster, KT Bhutia, spoke on the occasion, remarking that in Sai Baba’s death, mankind had suffered a huge loss. Similarly, Phuchungla Bhutia, in-charge, spoke on the Baba’s benevolent contributions to the world and his love and service to all people.
