Rhenock school reports earthquake damage

RHENOCK, 26 Sept: The 18 September earthquake has left the Government Senior Secondary School, Rhenock, with some major and minors cracks in the school buildings. Though the school has re-opened, students and teachers of the school are still shaken by the experience. [all schools in the State have now been closed and will reopen after the Dasain holidays on 10 October 2011]
The Science lab has suffered some damage which will take time and funds to repair. There are some major cracks on the beams, walls and floor of the primary section while some minor cracks have developed on the wall of the assembly ground in the main school building, it is learnt.
