NAMCHI, 10 Nov: PYKKA Sports for 16 Mamley Damthang Territorial constituency South Sikkim was held on 07 and 08 November here at Mamley JHS play ground. A total of 15 wards of the three GPUs of the Territorial Constituency took part in these sports.
Competitions were held in various disciplines such as Athletics, Football, Archery, Table Tennis and Tae-Kwon-Do.
The Panchayat President of Tinrithang- Pabong GPU, Dogyal Lepcha was present as the chief guest. According to the Member Secretary of the Territorial Constituency for PYKKA sports, Prakash Rai after the inter-ward competition Lower Mamley had been adjudged as the winner of the event followed by Upper Kamrang and Upper Mamley in 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.
