MANGAN, 26 Mar: Four candidates filed their nomination papers in North Sikkim for the upcoming Assembly elections today on the final day of doing so.
The candidates are Samdup Lepcha from Sikkim Krantikari Morcha (SKM) for Lachen-Mangan constituency, Karma Samten Bhutia from Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) for Dzongu constituency and Topden Bhutia (Independent) from Kabi Lungtsok constituency.
