Congress holds final campaign meeting in Yangang

GANGTOK, 10 Apr: Sikkim Pradesh Congress Committee held its last election campaign meeting at Yangang in South Sikkim today. An SPCC press release informs that all candidates of the party have also completed their election campaign at their respective constituencies.
Addressing the gathering at Yangang, the party president and Lok Sabha candidate, Dr. AD Subba alleged that in 20 years of Sikkim Democratic Front government, the people have faced many problems and urged the people to cast their votes to Congress candidates to overthrow the SDF government.
He added that if he is elected as an MP then the state would see immediate results of his work and equal distribution of all the central government benefits.
Sangha candidate, Acharya Tshering Lama of the Congress urged representatives of all monasteries for votes.
