GANGTOK, 09 June: Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidhyalaya (KGBV)
Labing under Yuksam-Tashiding constituency in West Sikkim observed World
Environment Day on the theme 'Small Island and Climate Change' on 07 June.
The school organised an essay competition on various topics
related to environment, Green marathon, dances, performance by the school band
'KGBV Arrivals' and Karate Belt Test 4th and 3rd KYU for junior level, informs
a press release.
The school could not celebrate the day on its actual date
i.e 05 June due to certain reasons, the release mentions.
